Cincinnati is no stranger to adaptive reuse; in fact, the city has a long and proud history of tranforming historic buildings into new and prosperous homes and businesses. Rather than tearing down these history-filled buildings to make room for glossy new condos and industrial complexes, places like Sycamore Place Lofts breathe new life into some of Cincinnati’s most fascinating historic structures — in our case, the old Krippendorf-Dittman Company building!
