The Hamilton County Fair Returns for Its 162nd Year Aug. 9-13
The Hamilton County Fair brings the summer fun each year. Returning for its 162nd year in 2017, the fair is coming to the Hamilton County Fairgrounds from Wednesday, August 8th through Sunday, the 13th. Over the course of those five days, you and your family will be able to participate in everything from remote-control car racing to wood carving.
Come to the Hamilton County Fair and pay the $5 parking fee, plus $7 admission, for a full night of family-friendly fun. Start at the petting zoo, where you and your youngsters can lay hands on some of local farms' cutest critters, then head to the pig racing to watch some of the same creatures compete. The County Fair also hosts a classic Big Top Circus, demolition derbies, exhibits of local livestock and poultry, and competitions for the best and biggest fruits and vegetables in the county. Mark your calendar so as not to miss the fun.
