His brunch menu has been tantalizing taste buds since the cafe opened in December. Chef David draws inspiration from the local ingredients available seasonally, as well as the cuisines of the American South, France, and Italy.<\/p>\n

Grab a table during the weekend brunch for some bottomless coffee and a few of his inventive bites. Start with the Italian ricotta doughnuts, smothered with pear-ginger butter, or the crispy Yukon potatoes with house-made aioli. Save room for the Red Flannel hash tossed with roasted beets and creme fraiche, plus a fried egg on top or the brioche French toast topped with strawberry syrup and chantilly cream.
